2. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

As we aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 business hours, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.

3. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support with the following details:

4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation requests will not be accepted if:

  • The order has already been shipped.

  • The order is out for delivery.

  • The courier partner has collected the shipment.

  • The product has already been delivered.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Cancellation by KREAFIT

KREAFIT reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product is out of stock.

  • Pricing or technical errors.

  • Payment authorization failure.

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information.

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Delivery location is not serviceable.

  • Any situation beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel your prepaid order, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

6. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

  • A full refund of the product amount paid will be initiated.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–6 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Cash on Delivery (If Available)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered in the future, orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation fee.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

8. Modification of Orders

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to assist with:

  • Changing the shipping address.

  • Updating the contact number.

  • Correcting customer details.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

9. Shipping Charges

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any shipping charges paid at checkout will also be refunded.

If the order has already been shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.
